Your tasks

• Leading a variety of finance and control processes and activities
• Monitoring the compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and standards based on IFRS and HGB
• Strategic analyses and analyzing monthly/yearly financial statements and responsibility for the annual budget process as well as identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance financial operations and reportings
• Monitoring andreporting of performance, sales relevant key figures, manufacturing variances, productivity and other financial and operational KPI’s and driving improvement actions for the business
• Leading the process of budgeting, forecasting, cost controlling and translate financial data to support decisions and drive strategic actions incl. implementation of strategies and measures
• Leading the controlling and accounting department through the new businesses and transformation processes for DACH-Benelux and managing the team
• Contact person tobanks, tax and public authorities, internal and external auditors
• Stakeholder Communication: reporting to senior management, Headquarter and coordination/collaboration with various departments to align financial goals with operational objectives

• Position holder is member of the Local Management Team.

Your profile

• Degree in Economics or similar with focus on controlling
• more than 5 years Leadership experience
• Independent and analytical way of working
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of Oracle (Fusion)advantageous
• Good communication skills
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English and German
