We are looking for a results-driven and customer-oriented Key Account Manager to manage our Quick Service Restaurants & Beverages (QSR&B) key accounts in our sizeable and growing Foodservice Packaging business for Austria and Switzerland.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing and driving sales within the Quick Service Restaurants & Beverages (QSR&B) key accountsand product categories maximizing growth and profitability
  • Ensuring high-touch Key Account Management and customer relationshipswith global and/or local accounts
  • New business acquisition in the market
  • Developing the product portfolio within the assigned key accounts
  • Tender and pricemanagement with local and/or regional accounts
  • Promoting innovation and development of new products and business areas
  • Ensuring efficient processes to control trade receivables and optimal levels of finished goods inventory of both own produced and traded items
  • Encouraging an environment of continuous improvement and embracing Huhtamaki processes such as Commercial Excellence, as well as exchanging ideas and best practices with other markets and global commercial stakeholders

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS AND QUALIFICATIONS

 

This role requires strong commercial skills and a team player attitude. The role works closely with the Manufacturing Sites (i.e. Customer Service), and in close collaboration with Market Units and segment functions to achieve our strategic goals. To thrive in the role, ideally you have

 

  • Some Commercial experience in the B2B environment
  • The skills to manage product portfolios and customer relationships
  • Experience indeveloping business in mature markets as well as driving new business areas
  • IT literacy (MS Office, especially excel and PowerPoint, CRM such as Salesforce.com)
  • A high-energy, results-oriented attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strategic outlook and propensity to analyze and use data to aid decision-making
  • Demonstrated influencing and negotiating skills
  • Ability to work instructured and systematic manner, with clear plans and options
  • Team player as well as ability to work independently and accurately
  • Capability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Fluent written and spoken English and German
  • Willingness to travel
